Vacation

Our workout routine

We run on average about 20 miles per week. Katie of course is my favorite workout partner, but a very close second is my Garmin 305. My favorite workout is the Claremont Wilderness Park. It is an incredible trail run that offers beautiful scenery with a length of five miles. My preference is to run this a minimum of twice weekly. Other runs during the week mostly orginate from close to home and go anywhere from 1-3.5 miles. Below you can see the trail and a link to it on mapmyrun.com (which by the way is an awesome site).

Hello Everyone

Welcome to our blog. I'm guessing I'll be writing most the posts, but will be pleasantly surprised if Katie decides to join in on the fun. My first goal is to give this blog some personality and write some of my own code. Until then I will have to enjoy the current generic layout. Up next will be the introduction to our blog.
