Our workout routine

We run on average about 20 miles per week. Katie of course is my favorite workout partner, but a very close second is my Garmin 305. My favorite workout is the Claremont Wilderness Park. It is an incredible trail run that offers beautiful scenery with a length of five miles. My preference is to run this a minimum of twice weekly. Other runs during the week mostly orginate from close to home and go anywhere from 1-3.5 miles. Below you can see the trail and a link to it on mapmyrun.com (which by the way is an awesome site).
